Make Room.
For your life.

A life audit is a look back at one week. You write down what happened in five areas of life, see them side by side, and pick one thing to do more of next week.

We are still building the app — the status page says what it will do. The worksheet on this page works today.

What this is

What is a life audit?

A life audit is a look at the different areas of your life, taken deliberately rather than in passing. Most versions ask you to rate each area out of ten. This one asks what actually happened in the past week, in your own words, across five areas.

Nothing here is scored, ranked or compared with anyone else.

People

A conversation or a meet-up that wasn’t about work.

Meaningful activities

Something you did because you like doing it.

Body & routines

Sleep, food, moving about, a break in the middle of the day.

Personal plans

Something of your own that you finally got to.

Perspective

A moment when you got to think something through.

The week in the app

What the app will show
at the end of a week

Today you write your week down in the worksheet below, or on paper. In the app you will be able to add entries as the week goes, then open a table like this one on Sunday: all five areas at once, on one screen.

A filled dot is a day that had at least one entry in that area; an empty one means there was no entry. The count on the right is how many such days there were. There is no total score, and the numbers here are made up for the example.

How to do a life audit

1

Look back at one week

What happened besides work and chores? One thing you remember is enough to start.

2

Write it in your own words

The worksheet below has five boxes, one per area. A line is enough, and any box can stay empty.

3

Pick one thing for next week

One thing there was little of this week. You can change your mind — nobody is checking.

A few words can be enough

Journal prompts
for your weekly reflection.

Three questions to answer in the worksheet below, or in a notebook if you already keep one.

What gave you energy this week?

A person, a place, or something you did because you like doing it.

What did you run out of time for?

Something you meant to do and didn’t. You don’t owe anyone a reason.

What do you want more of next week?

One thing. Naming a day or a place makes it easier to actually do.

Five boxes

What happened this week?

An ordinary moment is enough. A conversation, a walk, a few pages of a book.

Five areas, no grades. An empty box is just an empty box.

Your words stay in this browser tab. They do not reach our server.

Questions people
usually ask

Do I need to fill in every area?

No. Start with what you remember. An empty box only means you didn’t write anything there.

Is there a free life audit worksheet?

Yes. Download the blank SVG worksheet from the link under the form, or fill in your own version above and save that. An SVG opens in any browser and prints like a picture, and your browser’s Save as PDF works too. No account is required.

Can I use this for journaling?

Yes. Answer the three journal prompts above in the worksheet, or in a notebook. A few sentences are enough.

Is this a habit tracker or a productivity review?

No. It looks at what your life held outside work. There are no streaks, no daily targets, no completed-week percentages and no performance scores.

Do I have to do it on Sunday?

No. Sunday Reset is the brand behind Life Audit, not an instruction. Any day works.

When will the app be available?

We are not naming a date until we are sure of it. What the app will do is written on the status page. The worksheet on this page does not need the app and works today.

Where do my answers go?

Nowhere. Your words stay in this browser tab and do not reach our server. Download the file if you want to keep them.
